The following assets are explicitly prohibited per NBG VASP Regulation Article 8(2), which bans anonymity-enhanced coins and technologies that prevent transaction traceability:

  • ✗ Crypto lending to individual persons is prohibited (NBG VASP Art. 1.6)
  • ✗ Agent-based service provision is prohibited (NBG VASP Art. 1.9)
  • ✗ Business relationships with non-FATF-compliant entities are prohibited
  • ✗ Services to anonymous or unverified users are prohibited
  • ✓ All suspicious transactions are reported to Georgia's Financial Monitoring Service (FMS)
